APPLICATION:

Wet your hands with clean, running water. You can use warm or cold water. Turn off the faucet to save water. Apply enough soap to cover all surfaces of your hands. Lather your hands well. Scrub all surfaces of your hands for at least 20 seconds, including the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your fingernails. You can rub your hands palm to palm, with your fingers interlaced, or rotate your thumbs in each other’s palms. If there’s a lot of dirt, you can rub your hands for longer. Rinse your hands thoroughly with running water to remove all traces of soap. Dry your hands thoroughly with a clean, single-use towel or air dry them. You can use the towel to turn off the faucet.
